Wearality needed to create a Bluetooth remote that was both functional and ergonomically designed for comfort and ease of use. The project required precise integration of components such as a joystick, Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity, and a rechargeable battery, all within a sleek and compact form factor. The challenge also included meeting tight market deadlines and obtaining FCC/CE certification for consumer electronics.

Jaycon's Innovative Solution
Jiekang Systems took on the task of refining the design, creating detailed CAD models to explore ergonomic shapes and optimize the product for injection molding. The selected ABS plastic ensured a durable yet lightweight construction. The engineering team integrated essential components like the joystick, Bluetooth module, and a USB rechargeable battery within the limited space
- Design & Engineering: Jiekang optimized the design for injection molding, improving durability and assembly. The device featured a hybrid ring design with an integrated joystick and push button.
- Hardware Development: The PCB layout incorporated a micro USB port, Bluetooth transceiver, and a Lithium Polymer battery for USB charging. Precise engineering ensured that all components fit seamlessly within the compact design.
- Prototyping & Manufacturing: Jiekang produced a fully functional prototype, followed by large-scale injection molding to meet production demands.
- Compliance & Certification: Jiekang handled the necessary FCC/CE certifications, ensuring the product was market-ready.
