When the creators of this service call device for hotels and hospitals approached us with their design, they were ready for manufacturing. However, after an initial manufacturability assessment, our team proposed to slightly modify the design of the enclosure in order to reduce manufacturing costs.

While the design recommendations were being done, our team was designing the double-layer circuit board. After the design and DFM were completed, our team went ahead with the injection molding of the enclosure, along with the fabrication and assembly of thousands of circuit boards.
